Embossed rolling pin for dough flakes

The roller is made of first quality beech wood with a quality steel axis inside. The roller patterns are laser engraved in depth.

Suitable for use on dough, marzipan, but also other coating material. Linzer cookies, biscuits or marzipan get a truly magical touch.

After use, we recommend gently cleaning the roller with a brush and rinsing with lukewarm water and detergent. The wooden roller is not suitable for the dishwasher as it could be permanently damaged.

The diameter of the roller is 6 cm and its total length is 38.5 cm. The length of the embossed area is 20 cm.
