How to request a quote for promotional products?

When requesting promotional products, the rule is simple: the more information you provide, the faster and more accurately we can prepare a quotation for you.

Ideally, please specify:

• Product type – e.g. pens, mugs, bags, T-shirts, USB drives, umbrellas, etc.
• Quantity – an estimated or exact number of pieces.
• Printing or branding – whether you require printing, engraving, embroidery, embossing, etc.
• Print position – front, back, sleeve, lid, side of the product, etc.
• Number of print colours – 1 colour, 2 colours, full-colour (CMYK), UV printing, etc.
• Product colour – including multiple colour options, if applicable.
• Required delivery date – especially if the order is time-sensitive.
• Delivery location – so that shipping costs can be calculated.
• Budget – if you have a set budget per piece or for the entire order.
• Additional requirements – e.g. eco-friendly materials, gift packaging, individual packaging, certifications, pre-production samples, etc.

Example of a well-specified quote request

Dear Sir or Madam,

We would like to request a quotation for 500 white ceramic mugs with a full-colour logo printed on one side. We would require delivery to Italy by 15 September at the latest.

Could you please provide us with a quotation including printing, delivery costs and the estimated production time?

If you are not sure which specific product to choose, it is also helpful to provide:

• intended use (trade fair, corporate event, Christmas gifts, employees, VIP clients),
• target audience,
• desired price range (e.g. up to €5, €10 or €40 per piece).
