Shipping and payment
SHIPPING (only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia)
Shipping prices for promotional items include packaging and shipping costs.
For under-limit orders up to 120 EUR excluding VAT we charge a fee of 40 EUR. For sub-limit orders, please use the inquiry form.
We cooperate with parcel carriers PPL, DPD and GLS. Carriers also transport goods to Slovakia.
Shipping prices are per 1 parcel. We will specify the price of transport on the basis of the received order.
For larger orders with multiple packages, it is worthwhile to transport with cargo carriers. We cooperate with multiple cargo carriers such as Raben, Toptrans and TNT.
For package delivery (0-5 kg), you can also choose a parcel delivery service.
→ Based on the customer's requirements, we are able to arrange transport within the EU.
If necessary and by agreement with the customer, we can arrange delivery according to the customer's requirements and wishes.

PLEASE NOTE: The shipping cost for shipments not falling into any of the categories listed below will be handled individually.
For oversized shipments we cannot estimate the shipping price in advance, therefore the shipping price will be determined on the basis of the order, personal collection free of charge.
